Fort Wayne Winter Activities

Whether you’re looking for a new date idea or for a fun event for the family, try one of these fun Fort Wayne winter activities.

Indoor Park — One popular activity in Fort Wayne is the Sky Zone, an indoor trampoline park. Kids can have a great time burning energy with dodgeball, a sky-ladder, and a free-jump. You can also find an occasional black-light music party on weekends.

Arts and Crafts — Painting with a Twist provides step-by-step art instruction, so you don’t have to be an expert in painting to enjoy yourself. Adults can even enjoy some wine and beer while they learn how to create landscapes.

Outdoor Fun — Franke Park is a local hotspot for sledding. It’s open year-round and it’s known for its playground and hiking paths, but if you look behind the tree line you’ll find a huge hill for sledding. Headwaters Park Ice Skating area is nearby, which is perfect for a romantic outing. Kids are welcome, of course.

Museums — There are plenty of amazing museums in the Fort Wayne area such as the African/African American Historical Museum or the Firefighters Museum. You mustn’t forget about the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum.

We at BMW of Fort Wayne love to enjoy everything our city has to offer, and we hope you do the same.
